Actually that's only if you want GNU coreutils, otherwise there's BSD 
/bin/mv.

In the end it depends on whether /opt/local is self-contained, or what 
demands
it can make on system binaries outside the designated installation 
${prefix} ?

BTW: it seems that the Portfile is missing a few "bin" dependencies 
then...
