This commit is almost a copy/past from RPM4 module + fix to make it build 
under rpm5.

At compile time, it still produce a gazillon of warning and I am not sure it 
really works (especially for the RPM::Spec module).

Lot of functions are also missing to make everything usuable.

Work is in progress, and I'll continue tomorrow probably.
