OK, its time to change the rationale for continuing to carry --initdb.

Please show me a usage case for continuing to carry --initdb, which
I will likely fix in other ways immediately.

If I don't hear a plausible usage case in the next couple of weeks,
I will zap --initdb.

Note: I don't consider "Because rpm has always had a --initdb option!"
sufficient justification any longer.
