Ah got it. Yes there's still some path problems, I've been examining
the -vv spew and the paths reported there, not the find output.

I'll have a fix this evening.

I *still* recommend not using --root with --rebuilddb, its never ever worked
properly in rpm. Use --dbpath /root/var/lib/rpm instead.
