No, my mistake. I'm mis-recalling:
$ rpm -ba
rpm: no spec files given for build
Conceptually, rpmbuild <-> rpm should be separated, build issues
and install issues are very different.
But from an engineering POV, all depends on whether -DIAM_RPM (or
each mode
separately) is passed when compiling.
