[PATCH] do not allow file conflicts in same transaction on non colored files

(nb: if transaction color (tscolor) is 0, the pb does not occur.
So on rpm 4.4.2.x, it only occurs on x86_64)

i don't see in which case we should allow file conflicts on non
colored files, esp. only when done when installing in same
transaction, hence the following patch:
