There is no evidence the specific bug at #205530 was fixed (or even  
looked at) in rpm-4.4.2.

None of the packages mentioned at #205350 is "R-mvtnorm", so I do not  
understand
why you claim regression.

Nor was there any fix in rpm-4.4.7. I ran the claimed failure with  
rpm-4.4.7.
The tests worked at that time. I have no reason to believe that the  
tests
that I ran then would not work now.
