added to changelogs to Jakub Jellinek modification to Jens Pertersen
automake packaging in November 2002 (iirc).
Another Mandriva enhancement, exp[loiting the bogus spec file parser,
which did not (and does not) forbid goop after '>' in e-mail address.
2 minutes with grep to figger the answer ...
... and likely another 10 years to fix the rpmbuild spec file parser
given current interest levels.
