rpm.org creating RPM tag incompatibilities.

One of my chores is keeping track of rpm.org changes.

Today, a pre-existing tag was changed from an integer array
to an integer.

Note "pre-existing". Changes to pre-existing tags will create
RPM package incompatibilities in the future.

If deliberate incompatibilities are the goal, fine. But I see to
recall a promise from
rpm.org to keep at least the tag space identical with same numbers &
types.

And -- as usual -- no credit whatsoever for the prior implementation
@rpm5.org,
clear plagarism is involved, even to identical variable names.
