Hmmm, here's a different issue with the package. LZMA payload
identification
and/or decompression will need to be looked at as well:

[jbj@wellfleet S]$ rpm2cpio kdelibs-4.1.0-0.822040.1ark.src.rpm |
cpio -itv
cpio: premature end of archive

[jbj@wellfleet S]$ rpm -Kvv kdelibs-4.1.0-0.822040.1ark.src.rpm
D: Expected size: 7825356 = lead(96)+sigs(180)+pad(4)+data(7825076)
D: Actual size: 7825356
kdelibs-4.1.0-0.822040.1ark.src.rpm:
     Header SHA1 digest: OK (c83dcf2a9d2703af81f25d790b7fa93802f5b7f7)
     MD5 digest: OK (7e3b6cdd086c7018e5ba701b2d820be5)
