I definitely would like to get zlib out of rpm as long as payloads
are rsync-ready.
That's all that keeps zlib internal is the gzip.rsync.patch2
An explicit benchmark to measure the savings into tests/* would be
extremely useful
to actually measure the benefits of --rsyncable payloads.
