(aside) It would not be hard to design in the knobs to arrange for  
additional
means to control ordering through arbitrary "importance" weights, its  
just queue
ordering, FIFO, LIFO or any other criteria would "work" for "partial"  
ordering.

I've never bothered because the issue is numbingly arcane
and impossible to discuss publicly. Useless RPMSENSE_PREREQ
and Requires(pre) and PreReq: and dependency loops and
CDROM splitting and ... all get snarled up in "partial ordering".

What I can't do is fix rpm-4.4.2.3.4.5....90 or any already deployed
rpm version ...
