A global call for how RPM turns on embedded interpreters is needed.

Last I checked, you were of the persuasion that --with-foo was
the best answer, where --with-fooembed was a modification
to --with-foo. That forces --with-foo in order to specify
--with-fooembed, thereby simplifying the AutoFu.

The --with-fooembed is currently orthogonal to --with-foo,
has its own path determinations through RPM_CHECK_LIB(),
solely because I was lazy. I prefer the behavior in
the previous paragraph, but lua/python/perl would all have
to be reworked for consistency if so.
